1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior communication.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@brotex.com.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our side.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
